Junior  Coaching  with PGA Assistant Aaron Kay / Academy membership

Creating the Next Generation

Junior Golf Clinics at Lincoln Golf Club are an excellent way to get your children started in golf in a fun, instructive and relaxed setting with children of similar age, skill and ability.

Junior clinics offer youngsters the chance to learn the correct techniques plus the opportunity to play a couple of holes on the course when available.

Juniors who take up Academy membership  can make use the practice facilities and play over the first 6 holes [ with appropriate supervision]  join in  Junior 6 - 9 hole Academy competitons and work towards gaining their first handicap.  [Details of Academy Membership can be found under the 'Membership' tab.]

Our Junior Organiser Joan Would organises coaching sessions throughout the year and PGA assistant Aaron Kay will be doing the coaching for 2019, with assistance and support from our PGA  Head Professional David Middleton.

Aaron adjusts the lessons according to the students' pace and physical aptitude - never pushing too hard - yet establishing the crucial techniques to produce a professional looking swing at an early age.

Our main objective is to teach youngsters the exquisite game of golf, making them see that it takes a lot of effort to play... but consistently reminding them that fun is also part of the game.

Junior Clinic includes all equipment, plus refreshments for children and parents at the end of the sessions. Come and give it a try.  You can just watch to see if you would like to have a go!

Parents please stay with your children throughout the duration of the Clinic.
