David Middleton is the resident PGA Professional at Lincoln Golf Club and has been at the club since 2008. David started at the Club as a Trainee PGA Professional and has since gone on to complete his training and become a fully qualified PGA Professional.

Aaron is currently a third year PGA assistant professional, having worked at Lincoln Golf Club and part of David Middleton’s team for over 3 years. He has played amateur golf and been a member of Lincoln Golf Club from the age of 11 and has represented Lincolnshire at County level from U14’s all the way up to regularly being part of the Men’s first team squad. His playing career has taken him far and wide, most notably reaching the finals in the prestigious Junior European Open in Andalucía in 2012 and 2014, eventually reaching a handicap of +1 before turning professional. Aaron has an in-depth understanding of adaptability to suit all level of golfer, from weekend club golfers to high level elite players. He has gained a Certificate of Higher Education in Sport and Exercise Science through his time at Lincoln University, through which he expressed a keen interest in Biomechanics and human movement and how this can be applied to achieving exceptional results through golf coaching; with combined development and learning through the PGA qualification. |
Adam is a fully qualified PGA Professional having played golf for most of his life having started at aged 7. He t urned professional back in 2015 following two years on a golf scholarship in America. During the first year of Adam's professional career he played events on the Europro Tour, Alps Tour and mini tour events across the UK. This was a great learning experience playing with some great players, making new friendships and learning more and more about the game. In 2016 Adam began his PGA training at the University of Birmingham being attached at The Nottinghamshire Golf and Country Club. Adam is now happy to be a part of the team at Lincoln Golf Club and work with David and Aaron in the Pro Shop.

At Lincoln Golf Club we recognise that Juniors are the future of our Club and aim to provide opportunities for juniors of any age, both boys and girls, to play and enjoy golf.
We have the facilities and the coaching to help them develop their skills and knowledge in the game of golf in a safe and welcoming environment.
Lincoln Golf Club holds regular coaching sessions for any juniors who would like to start playing golf, or just improve their game.
These are open to members and non-members.

Lincoln Golf Club is now a SafeGolf accredited club, as a result the following forms all now have to be completed – Young Golfer Profile and Consent Form, Photo Consent, Code of Conduct for both Golfer and Parent for any Junior that particpates in any coaching programme. Ongoing these forms will be held securely by the Club and will not have to completed for further coaching participation.
