PLEASE NOTE - ALL teams will first select the base fee of £40 then please select the supplementary option that applies to you:

Entry fee 2 x members - No Supplement required = £40 per team

Entry fee 1 x member + 1 x Visitor - £40 + £15 Supplement = £55 per team 

Entry fee 2 x visitors - £40 + £30 Supplement = £70 per team

Open to both Ladies and Gents with unrestricted combinations of pairings
