Lee and Sam Rogers run the Lincoln Golf Club Catering. We started our Catering career at RAF Swinderby, Lee as Chef and Sam as a silver service stewardess in the officers mess, MFT and the Commanding Officer's private residence. We then progressed to hotel management in Kent and then Stamford for 17 years. Lee is from the south of England though Sam is Lincolnshire born and bred and wished to return to her roots, joining LGC initially as the bar manager in August 2007.
Lee has won numerous awards for best food, with a stylish and innovative approach to a varied and fresh individually prepared menu; insisting on fresh Lincolnshire produce whenever possible.
